Refund Policy

If you’d like to get a refund on your community access, please contact our customer support within 14 days of purchase and provide detailed information regarding the issue. Please be ready to provide us with some form of visual proof that the product or service was faulty. We reserve the right to refuse or issue a refund. 

If your purchase was, but not limited to, a digital product, course, done for you service, any coaching product, 3rd party software or services, unfortunately we do not provide refunds and all sales will be deemed final.

If you would like to submit a refund request, please use the contact information on our website. We kindly ask you to include proof of payment (payment receipt or screenshot from your bank statement) and the email address used to sign up.

All refunds are transferred to the account that initially paid for the product. By purchasing from our website, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment, or legal actions.

If you dispute or charge back the purchase with your credit card provider, we will not be able to refund the transaction, and it might take months until a final resolution is settled upon. Cases closed in the merchant’s favor cannot be reversed. So, we kindly ask you to stay patient and give us a chance to resolve the issue directly with you.
